Brown Cow yogurt is made with only all-natural ingredients, like fresh, wholesome milk, the finest fruits, pure maple syrup, honey, real vanilla, coffee and cocoa and never any preservatives, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners or refined sugar. All milk used in Brown Cow yogurt is produced without the use of artificial growth hormones (rBST, rBGH). Experts have shown that rBST can cause cow health problems (infections, lameness), which could increase antibiotic treatment for cows and lead to new strains of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
To create a richer, creamier, tastier yogurt, Brown Cow pasteurizes local milk slowly and gently at low temperatures, and they carefully craft their yogurts one small batch at a time.
