Unless otherwise indicated on the Deal Details or Coupongos, Coupongo vouchers are:

• Valid at all Resellers, unless a specific reseller is noted on the Details and Coupongo.  Example: “Valid only at Andronico’s Community Markets”
• Not valid for cash back (unless required by law)
• May not be applied to tax, shipping or handling charges
• Expires on date shown on Coupongo, subject to applicable laws
• Each Coupongo must be redeemed for a product priced at a value equal to or greater than the Coupongo
• Cannot be combined with other promotions

FAQ

How do I buy today’s Deal?
Simply hit the Buy button before the Deal ends and while supplies last.  If a minimum number of people buy the Coupongo, we’ll charge your card and activate the Coupongo so you can redeem it at your favorite grocery store, or the store specified for that Deal.  But, no one gets the Deal if it doesn’t hit the minimum, so share the Deal with your friends to make it a go!

 

What happens after I buy?

As soon as the Deal hits the minimum number of buyers, we charge your credit card, and then add the Coupongo to your account.  When you next visit your grocery store, simply take the printed Coupongo with you, seek out the products, and present the Coupongo to the clerk upon check-out.  OR, you can use our app on iPhone or Android to redeem the Coupongos you want to use, and provide a single screen of codes the clerk will enter, like coupons, to provide you your discount.

 

Why does my Coupongo have my name on it?

Only the Coupongo recipient (either you as purchaser or your friend as a gift recipient) may redeem a Coupongo.  So, we print your name on the Coupongo, as well as the last four digits of the credit card number used to make the purchase.  

 

I see a deal that I want and can’t buy.

Sorry, we’ve sold out!  Don’t worry, we’ll have another great deal for you tomorrow.

Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
Not necessarily, but if the deal hasn’t hit the minimum yet, then you can help the Deal exceed that by sharing it with your friends.   Thanks for Sharing the Health!

 

Do I need to use my Coupongo on the same day of purchase?

No.  Most Coupongos are good for at least 30 days, so you have plenty of time to use them.

 

Wait, I printed my Coupongo, and there are actually multiple Coupongos there.  How come?

Oftentimes, we’ll split a Coupongo in two or more, to make it easier for you to redeem the Healthy Deal over multiple visits to the grocery store.  Each Coupongo has its own unique serial code, which is tracked by our systems and retailers to ensure their authenticity.

I lost the Coupongo I printed; can I print it again?
Yes, for your convenience, we make it easy to access your Coupongos via our mobile application or web.  However, if an individual Coupongo is illegally duplicated and used more than once, the credit card associated with that Coupongo will be charged again.  If someone has stolen your credit card identity or Coupongos, please contact the authorities to protect yourself.  You can mark a Coupongo once used, using your mobile app or your My Coupongos page.
